This mama's heart...
When
my son, Graham, starts to get "upset" (aka: whiny) because he doesn't
get his lunch as quickly as his hungry belly wants....my mind instantly goes to
the many orphans around this world that stop whining because the food never
comes or it's never enough to satisfy.
My
heart hurts.
Maybe
this is a constant reminder of the burden in my heart to want to do more for
the least of these...
And.
While
I do not understand the wait.
I
can not lose heart.
"I
have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the
world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome
